Hi, I'm Jko. I like weird things. Unfortunately, as a fan of semi-obscure Japanese things, the idols/actors/stuff I like to read about, I'm often disappointed when it comes to finding out more information. I find myself translating lots of things for friends anyway, so I figured, why not make a journal to showcase it? The subjects will be the kind of stuff you don't normally find in translation journals -- EVERYONE translates News, Kat-Tun, and Ayumi Hamasaki. How many people can tell you what Yuko Ogura buys at the grocery store? ;D Um yeah. Updating is a bit of an issue too. I get busy without warning. :( Oops? | ||

If you have the original text of something that nobody seems to have translated, I can promise I'll give it a look! :D If it's something you have in a scan, the size might be an issue, but nothing ever went wrong from asking, right? If it's something cool from a person I'm interested in, that's always a plus. | ||

Sometimes. I do the best I can to translate properly, but by no means am I a native Japanese speaker. With that said, if you see other people who have translated the same piece I've worked on, trust theirs more. I should be your LAST resort at the depths of an obscure fandom. xD In this vein, if you see some GLARING error I've made, feel free to point it out! I'm always open to people better with the language letting me know of my mistakes. How else are we going to learn and get better? :D | ||
